Your orders will be delivered to cargo within 3-5 working days (according to density) (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance from the delivery address to Minelask.com.tr, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

Delivery times of special production products differ according to the production time. The delivery information and times of such products are specified on the product pages.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. There is no delivery on holidays and holidays.

All of the products you choose will be delivered to you by our contracted cargo companies with the guarantee Mineask.com.tr.

If the product you have paid for is out of stock, there is a waiting period of at least 5 (five) days and at most 30 (thirty) days. If the product cannot be given to the consumer between these dates, the payment made is returned to him.
